Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers and close potentials sales.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Sympathy with customers and turn complaints into compliments.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Conduct outbound calls to generate sales.
  • Log and register customers’ requests and complaints.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve high customer satisfaction rate.
  • Assist customers with their queries and request through all our contact channels, Telephone calls, Emails, Social Media, Chatbot and WhatsApp.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers and ensure high levels quality service provided.
  • Provide accurate, correct, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Contribute to business objectives to improve customer experience.
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow up on resolution.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work in shifts .
  • Computer: Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience: Contact Center or Tele-sales background individual with minimum 1-year experience
