Job Description:

You are responsible for providing analytical support to the Rewards function ensuring employee remuneration and benefits are in alignment with company policies and guidelines, are competitive, and are compliant with legal and fiscal regulations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in participating in salary surveys by consolidating and analyzing the data. Assist in analyzing the survey feedback to benchmark and align the salary and benefits structures of the Group to the relevant industry/sector
  • Support in administering the annual review process with strict timelines and complete data accuracy
  • Contribute to different HR projects time to time. Prepare HR and C&B Analysis and reports as and when required
  • Support the team to obtain and analyze the air ticket data form designated travel companies
  • Support in the formulation, communication and roll out of benefit programs and facilitate ongoing administration of the same
  • Support the ongoing administration of the Employee Health and Life Benefit Plans
  • Maintain standard Job Descriptions for each position for the entire Group of Companies
  • Support in the review of the annual perfromance appraisals

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2-3 years of total experience in Human Resources with exposure to rewards or payroll
