Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will direct control a van sales operation to achieve budgeted sales & profit of entire Almarai products in his sub region by managing & monitoring performance of sales areas. He will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. He will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor & ensure that the orders on Fresh, Foods, UHT & juices are in line with market demand to control wastage & optimize sales
  • Forecast, plan & review the resources & assets provided like manpower, sales vans, staff holidays to ensure they are utilized to the optimum level
  • Achieve budgetted sales volume & margin of Fresh, Foods, juices & UHT products to deliver
  • Ensure all staff are equipped with the right skills & knowledge to optimize team as well as individual performance
  • Plan the targets for different sales areas & communicate down the line to ensure everyone is working towards achieving the company objective

Job Requirements:

  • Experience managing sales teams
  • Experience in van sales environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High negotiation skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • 6 years sales management experience
