Job Responsibilities:
- Defining and implementing global programmatic proposition within portfolio
- Developing a proposition which delivers for the business, line manager and candidates
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining external relationships with charities and government bodies
- Helping maintain and building Barclays reputation as an employer of entry level talent
- Ensuring a strategy is in place to manage our relationships with colleges
- Continuously improving strategic programs that support our strategy and commitment to society
- Measuring service performance of propositions within their portfolio
Job Requirements:
- Talent Acquisition subject matter expertise with a breadth of experience in a variety of hiring channels
- Working with and through others in a matrixed environment
- Skilled in the planning and execution of hiring initiatives
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Commercial acumen and capability to make decisions

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of working experience
