Job Responsibilities:

• Lead sprint planning from a technical perspective
• Scope and stage large projects into actionable and well-defined milestones.
• Participate in the creation and presentation of technical designs
• Anticipates technical issues at the product level and makes architectural and design decisions to avoid issues
• Leads and effectively manages the triage of complex issues across systems in both production and locally
• Demonstrates creativity and takes initiative in solving complex problems
• Consistently delivers a high volume of story points relative to their team
• Able to fill in holes in product direction and take appropriate action within their team
• Plans delivery of coarse-grained business needs spanning multiple applications

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

• 4+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) with a bachelor’s degree; including experience with Dynamics CRM Online or 6 years of equivalent experience without a bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years of experience in IT software development
• 2+ years’ experience in the retail industry, Field Service, or Call Center
• 2+ years’ experience working with Microsoft SDK and/or Developers Toolkit
• 2+ years’ experience in programming languages such as C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript
• 2+ years of Active Directory, IIS, DNS experience
• 1+ year of experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Azure services
• 2+ years’ experience in Windows 8, IOS, and other mobile applications development
• 2+ years of creating engineering diagrams in Microsoft Visio or equivalent
• Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
• 2+ years’ experience leading multiple large projects with advanced organizational skills
• 4+ full-cycle CRM IT implementation experience
