Job Responsibilities:

• Excellent member service
• Help patients in frame selection
• Measure, adjust, educate patients on eyewear
• Dispense and verify contact lens orders
• Check in eyeglass orders and dispense to patients
• Discuss optical prescription with patients including their visual requirements, lifestyle and daily habits
• Verify insurance
• Order and billing of optical materials

Job Requirements:

• At least one year optical experience required
• Communication: discuss and educate optical considerations and treatments with members in store and on the phone.
