Job Requirements:

• Genuine service personality, with high EQ.
• Minimum 2 years of  experience as Spa Supervisor or Assistant Spa Manager in a 5-star hospitality industry.
• A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional language is an asset.
• Minimum of a high school diploma is required/ College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred..

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales is must
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
