Job Description:

• The position is responsible for the transitioning Passenger transaction processing function in GBSS related to Etihad Airways. The position will take ownership to oversee and manage day to day sales and flown transactions of passenger functions and adhering to the agreed SLAs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Learning and development initiatives.
• Driving year on year productivity gains within his area of operations.
• Responsible for management and coordination of overall operations, SLA delivery across all revenue accounting processes and quality.
• Transitioning support.
• Support Learning and development initiatives.
• Lead & motivate a team of team leaders and ensure their development through direct coaching/feedback wherever required.
• Driving process improvements within the team.
• Internal co-ordination of all teams to meet SLA standards.
• Develop and maintain effective partnerships with external partners (vendors).

Job Requirements:

• Must be flexible, able to contribute to a team environment, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Support Learning and development initiatives.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience in using Revenue Accounting systems like REVERA, RAPID or SIRAX will be an added advantage.
• Graduate degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant Accounting role with experience of managing a team.
