Job Responsibilities:

  • Secures the functional reporting according to common formats, rules and deadlines – for all goal areas (Availability, Cost, Quality and Social & Environmental) and performs analysis to proactively identify main causes for discrepancies between goals and actual
  • Leads local meeting on KPI development and facilitates discussion on improvement potentials. Supports Business with cost simulations, scenarios and forecast
    Secures that the right navigation information is available to management in good time
  • Translates and communicates goals and results in a language that everybody can understand

Job Requirements:

  • Open communication
  • Change Agent, ability and willingness to propose and initiate changes
  • Understanding of the business/operations and its main drivers
  • Ability and willingness to understand business complexity
  • Finance and Controlling experience and a background in Logistics/Operations
  • Analytical

Qualification & Experience:

  • University degree (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or related) or equivalent working experience and 1-3 years experience.
  • Finance and Controlling experience, background in Logistics/Operations
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft office tools, especially Excel as well as experience from using Business Intelligence tools
  • Fluent in English
