Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible of developing and implementing the overarching digital marketing strategy and channel ownership for all of Carrefour’s markets, along our digital publishers and partners, liaising with our markets to achieve Carrefour’s targets as per the business plan.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with markets to help them achieve the targets and business objectives
- Run campaigns with strict KPI optimization (CAC, conversion rate, revenue)
- Manage the budget across the affiliate and influencers channels efficiently
- Liaise with affiliate partners, ad networks and remarketing partners
- Manage the digital marketing budget for the assigned countries for affiliate and influencers channels
- Liaise with the assigned market and act as the point of contact for the affiliate and influencers channel
- Have the weekly and monthly calls with the markets to share the performance of channel
- Deep understanding of the affiliate and influencers channels and its capabilities for performance using different formats and targeting options
- Optimize the performance of campaigns on a daily basis to achieve the business KPIs.
- Create the monthly and yearly strategy by country for affiliate and influencers channels
- Optimize the campaigns on daily basis based on the business KPIs
- Manage the budget in excess of Millions of USD and optimize the spends
- Build strategy for the affiliate and influencers channel across the markets
- Manage and execute the campaigns on affiliate and influencers channels, ad networks and remarketing channels
Job Requirements:
- Affiliate and influencers channels like DoubleClick and ad networks affiliate and influencers ads
- Clear demonstration of performance and business growth, i.e. results like incoming orders, GMV, new customers, CAC, CPO etc.
- Having managed performance-based social media campaigns
- Reporting and data visualization tools
- Around 4-6 years in ecommerce or other performance-based digital pure players
- Bachelors/Masters in the field of marketing
- Web and App Analytics
