- To market, promote and sustain the Personal Banking products through company tie-ups and outdoor sales.
- To acquire new business and deepen existing customer relationships for the specialty product family or customer segment handled.
- To promote the sales of various Personal Banking products in the allocated markets.
- To achieve sales targets agreed with the Direct Sales Manager.
- To provide MIS on a weekly basis.
- To conduct promotional activities, group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes. This is with respect to establishing company tie-ups for selling Personal Banking products.
- To manage achievements of sales objectives by setting sales targets.
- Ability to develop strong personal relationships within the organizations in the target market
- University Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience in banking or financial industry
- Target oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
