Job Description:

• To market, promote and sustain the Personal Banking products through company tie-ups and outdoor sales.
• To acquire new business and deepen existing customer relationships for the specialty product family or customer segment handled.

Job Responsibilities:

• To promote the sales of various Personal Banking products in the allocated markets.
• To achieve sales targets agreed with the Direct Sales Manager.
• To provide MIS on a weekly basis.
• To conduct promotional activities, group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes. This is with respect to establishing company tie-ups for selling Personal Banking products.
• To manage achievements of sales objectives by setting sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to develop strong personal relationships within the organizations in the target market
• University Degree or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience in banking or financial industry
• Target oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
