Job Description:
As an Insight Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the C5 Insight Manager to run primary research (both quantitative and qualitative) and combine this with data and information from a range of different internal and external tools ensuring stakeholders are fully informed and consider the customer perspective of the decisions they make.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver and develop regular reporting (e.g. performance of projects)
- Take ownership of the day-to-day relationship with C6 stakeholders and their teams, proactively sharing relevant research and market context and supporting them to interpret data and research
- Work collaboratively with external partners such as, Gfk and Kantar as well as manage 3rd party agency resource to ensure timely deliverables that answer stakeholder questions
- Support the Insight Manager on project management with larger projects
- Lead on smaller research and analytical projects, working with stakeholders to understand core questions, deciding on the most appropriate approach to answer these, writing briefs, managing timelines and building a clear and actionable narrative at debrief stage
- Encourage the use of customer insight across stakeholders by training and embedding self-service tools
- Work closely with the Insight Manager to understand stakeholder needs and priorities so that resource is aligned appropriately
Job Requirements:
- Use of the General Merchandise & Clothing teams Business Partner Insight team budget as appropriate and agreed with the General
- Merchandise & Clothing teams Business Partner Insight Manager and Senior Insight Manager
- Support from embedded colleagues from the internal Data Analytics teams (ADA) as well as across the wider General Merchandise &
- Clothing teams Business Partner team
