Job Description:

We’re looking for someone who can maintain and provide insight on data that will help us to improve what we do, so an eye for detail will be essential in this role. We’d like you to use your intuition and judgement to make and direct sound decisions that take our stores and customers into account.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure promotions are loaded in a timely manner and to a high standard
  • Delivery of all system data to Stores with particular relevance to Range change & Peak
  • Provide actionable data and insight to key stakeholders on promotions
  • Work with Product Owners to identify and drive continuous improvement of store systems
  • Contribute to go/no go meetings to decide on if system updates are of a suitable quality to send to Stores, raising risks with relevant stakeholders where required
  • Support deployment of new systems into stores.
  • Contribute and deliver operational excellence plans as part of the operational team

Job Requirements:

  • Able to identify opportunities to challenge and improve – a problem solver
  • You will have a competent understanding of store systems and processes
  • Able to build great working relationships with colleagues at all levels across the business
  • Able to work off own initiative and identify new ways of working / change to processes

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experienced working in a fast-paced environment where you have driven process and improvements whilst always keeping our customer at the heart of what you do
