Job Description:

This role supports the two Change Services Leads in the accurate and timely provision of information and data needed for the implementation of colleague change across all brands and channels. The role works in close partnership with the HR Solutions and payroll team to ensure that colleague records impacted by change activities are updated in an efficient and timely manner. The role will ensure that any technologies used to support change are maintained so they are ready for use at the appropriate time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Track and administer any future calculations required as part of change projects
  • Produce provisional and final colleague redundancy calculations for the implementation of organisational design people changes
  • Provide accurate and timely data to the Change services teams in line with agreed timescales and change project plans
  • Build strong relationships with the HR Solutions team on the maintenance and use of change support systems, such as the consultation support tool (CST)
  • Work closely with Payroll and HR Solutions to understand their needs in how data should be provided as part of the implementation of change activity
  • Prepare information relating to TUPE transfers, either in to or out of the business, in line with legislation and requirements of the project team
  • Act as first line support for queries relating to the use of change support systems for managers and HR colleagues
  • Build robust tracking tools based on individual project requirements for utilisation by the wider change team

Job Requirements:

  • Good understanding of change implementation approaches, specifically TUPE and redundancy
  • Expert user of Microsoft Excel,
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable handling and manipulating large quantities of data
  • Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality in regard to planned change activities and colleague data
  • Sound understanding of HR technology and associated reporting tools and competent in the use of all systems used in the HR Support Services teams
  • Consistently demonstrate the Colleague Values

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Good at problem solving – being flexible and adaptable to changing demands
  • Knowledge of and an understanding of SQL would be beneficial
