Job Description:

This role is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Serves as the in-store retail marketing lead for the Florida region which includes 30 stores throughout the state. Works closely with global support teams, regional leadership and store teams to implement retail programs that increase transactions and basket size and contribute to in-store experience; provides clear direction, trouble-shoots emerging issues, and provides feedback for continuous improvement. Ensures effective integration and alignment of store-level programs with regional and global marketing strategies, plans, and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees design, production and implementation of in-store marketing assets, including project management, print vendor relationships, store communication and budget tracking
  • Engages with store teams to understand needs and provide appropriate support as necessary
  • Regional lead on Marketing systems and tools used to support signage and other elements of retail program execution and operations
  • Monitors utilization and develops solutions for issues or emerging needs
  • Represents store-level concerns to regional and global Marketing and ensures effective two-way communication
  • Monitors in-store and local program activity to ensure alignment with global and regional plans objectives; identifies areas for improvement and develops appropriate solutions
  • Analyzes store-level marketing performance metrics, delivering data-driven insights and improvement recommendations to marketing leadership
  • Collaborates with peers and leadership to develop annual and quarterly strategies that support business objectives

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts in a retail environment, including brand management, channel management, and communication strategies
  • Strong understanding of signage design, development, production, and delivery
  • Understanding of consumer insight analytics and related marketing, retail, and customer engagement metrics
  • Ability to assess marketing initiative impact on customer behavior and bottom line performance
  • Builds and nurtures relationships with senior-level stakeholders and leaders
  • Communicates structured information in a clear, concise, and organized fashion
  • Collaborates with others to achieve objectives and insure information flow
  • Tailors communication approach to specific situations and audiences; strong written and verbal communication skills including editing
  • Able to effectively present information and respond to questions in both one-on-one situations and group meetings
