Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with consultants and external service providers to facilitate employee engagement projects
  • Regularly monitor & report data to update the management on critical areas of improvement and KPIs
  • Conduct annual/bi-annual employee engagement/climate surveys to assess employee satisfaction, engagement, how employees think and feel about their workplace, their development, their line managers and the management team of the company. Also, responsible to follow up of the implementation of the action plans that are made preceding the survey result with HR Advisory team
  • Demonstrate analytic skills to read, interpret and communicate survey results findings.
  • Contribute towards the ideation process for launching various projects, initiatives, programmes and/or activities to improve employee engagement, employer branding, celebrate cultural diversity, etc.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and arrange resources to execute employee engagement programmes
  • Work with Finance to track and report on budget

  • Work closely with the Communication Officer in HR to develop suitable communication platforms within the company to project HR initiatives and raise awareness level among employees with regards to its various functions and services.
  • Raise awareness & provide education about the benefits of building an engaged & satisfied workforce
  • Encourage employee participation in the employee reward and recognition programmes through the available platform
  • Build relationships and collaborate with the business and HR leads to understand and meet employee engagement requirements, whilst providing high levels of internal customer service. Support the line manager in logistics preparation and communication of Engagement Programmes

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions
  • Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage
  • Proactive and results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work
  • Good knowledge of HRMS and ERP Systems
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business field; HR, PR or Communications is preferred
