Job Description:

We are searching for a highly-creative Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing strategies. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our product marketing activities and operations. Your duties will include planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on our product marketing campaigns across all outlets and platforms.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with experience in marketing, communications, PR, events, and social media. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize analysis to evaluate end-to-end customer experience and perception across multiple channels and customer touch points to influence marketing content
    Marketing Design & Implementation
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators and dashboards that enable effective analysis, reporting and decision making with a notable ability to quickly identify and respond to patterns of marketing success or failure
  • Interview customers and build impactful case studies in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
  • Lead analysis and development of marketing research to enable decision making on product marketing strategies based on trends and target market needs
  • Facilitates ongoing product team communication to ensure all key stakeholders are well informed and aligned on trends, data, and marketing achievements/obstacles
  • Analyze the market to identify business opportunities and generate new business ideas for rthe products
  • Develop campaigns that will work effectively across digital channels, paid, organic and owned channels
  • Design and implement detailed media marketing strategies including but not limited to PR, SEM, email, websites, and social media platforms to maximize efficiency and performance of targeted goals within budget parameters
  • Own the campaign implementation plan and execute it end-to-end, up to final evaluation
  • Track and periodically report industry and market trends in digital and product marketing to enable aligned and effective practices that deliver results across the organization
  • Develop impactful sales and post-sales marketing collateral
  • Drive strategy to engage industry awards and industry publications to maximize the Alef Education products visibility in the market place
  • Track the results of all campaigns and perform analysis / learnings for improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce and deliver creative content that maximizes marketing results, aligned with brand and product strategies
  • Using a large variety of marketing tools; design, implement and monitor efficiency and performance of product marketing results
  • Propose and manage PR campaigns and events for increased sales leads and to add to the brand value
  • Engage/influence all related internal stakeholders especially product owners and their teams
  • Lead campaign plans, execution, monitoring, and reporting across all products while maximizing on results achieved in terms of budget, KPIs, reach, target audience, and objectives
  • Research competitors and capitalize on market activities to improve digital marketability of Alef Education products and services
  • Administrate and manage the lead tracking system

Job Requirements:

  • The ability to speak and write to a high standard is crucial. You will frequently have to present the products and write engaging copy, telling the story of products, for various marketing channels.
  • Copywriting or design experience is a plus
  • Technical Skills Required (Medium to Expert)
  • Bachelor degree in relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Business Management, PR)
  • 2 years relevant experience leading (owning creation of content and campaign management)
  • Previous experience working with (B2B digital campaigns, EdTech field or SaaS)
  • Essential Skills
  • 4-6 years relevant experience (in Marketing and/or Communications)
