Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to be responsible for the development and management of service areas of Customer Operations processes and procedures and in order to ensure their continuous improvement to enhance the overall operational quality standards. To implement, maintain, and monitor Customer Operations processes and procedures according to industry best practices from ETOM, ITIL, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability in the use of quality tools and lean methodologies for process improvement
  • Advanced knowledge of BPM and BPR concepts
  • Ability to interact with management at all levels
  • Strong management, planning, and organizational agility skills and experience
  • Strong IT and Telecommunication knowledge, understanding, awareness, and experience
  • Strong people and team building and communication skills and experience with the ability to multi-task and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to suggest optimum solutions to satisfy business requirements
  • Strong analysis, judgment, and decision making skills
  • Strong experience in building partnerships with internal teams and external vendors and suppliers

Qualification & Experience:

  • 5 years of total experience in Business Process Management, with minimum 3 years of experience within Telecom industry
  • Good understanding of technical aspects relating to the Telecommunication BSS/OSS landscape
