As a Assistant Manager, Client Experience & Services, you will be assigned oversight of all Worlds on-stage and for overseeing service, classes and event execution within a specific Sephora location. Worlds at a Sephora store include Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection or Fragrance or a combination of these Worlds. In addition, you will:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Regularly act as the Client Experience and Logistics Leader within the store. Engage with employees and clients on-stage whenever possible
  • Ensure that the Services Coordinators are adequately trained to effectively manage the Studio and drive services on a day-to-day basis
  • Demonstrate an understanding of artistry skills through conducting makeovers and skincare services as needed
  • Partner with elevated experts to ensure employees have the appropriate level of training
  • Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio

Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to demonstrate strong client service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift and work in a fragrance filled environment
  • Adherence to Sephora’s dress code and other policies in the Sephora Employee Handbook

Qualification & Experience:

  • Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving skills
  • One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
