Job Description:

As a Talent Coordinator, you will be is responsible for the coordination of many of the people-related functions within a specific Sephora location. This includes reviewing applications, interview coordination, online paperwork processing, role training coordination and the tracking of reviews and development (P4D) conversations. In addition, you will:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with employees and clients on-stage whenever possible
  • Support daily touch bases, update availability in Dayforce and complete Zone Charts
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store’s sales performance and business opportunities
  • Manage, schedule and track the education and training for all employees
  • Support the effective and timely roll-out of all people-related company initiatives
  • Manage the Recruiting Section in My Sephora Career; post jobs, track the hiring process, manage interview schedules, & employee referrals
  • Regularly act as the Client Experience & Logistics Leader within the store
  • Track the completion of P4Ds and annual reviews

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate strong client service skills
  • Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback
  • Adherence to Sephora’s dress code and other policies in the Sephora Employee Handbook
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift and work in a fragrance filled environment

Qualification & Experience:

  • One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
