Job Description:

Transguard is currently looking to recruit a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. As Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for providing accurate Management accounting information to specific Business Units (BUs) and the Group.

Job Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinating with Financial Accounting team to ensure that the monthly management reports are duly analyzed and circulated on time
• Ensuring all credit notes requests from clients are evaluated and justified before being signed off by the COO and CFO
• Preparing analytical reports, charts and tables
• Preparing adhoc reports and analysis as and when required
• Coordinating with businesses; seek explanations for fluctuations in trends and variances
• Preparing business unit variance analysis and the reasons for major movements in revenue & expenses between budget, actual and previous month.
• Responsible for the completion of monthly management accounts and other MIS reports, in collecting budgetary information, and preparation of budgets
• Extracting relevant financial and non-financial information from the ERP package and carrying out analysis on the information extracted.
• Ensuring that all accruals, sales invoices, accrual for sales are provided to Financial Accounting as per month end reporting timeline.
• Tracking budgets, carrying out actual versus budget analysis and setting up revenue and manpower forecast files
• Supporting Business Unit Head in pricing for new/existing contracts and analyze the profitability of contracts by providing accurate management accounting information for pricing decisions.
• Responsible for preparation contract profitability and provide financial information to the financial accounting team to facilitate month end closing processes

Job Requirements:

• Relevant industry experience of 5-10 years.
• Excellent communication skills
