Job Description:

Currently looking for Branch Head for its Ilford branch. The position will handle the branch operations, business development & will lead the team working at the branch.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration and sales.
• Manage the operational risks at the branch and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the branch operates within laid down operational policies, processes and procedures and compliance to local regulation, AML policies and procedures.
• Manage, drive and asses staff productivity and performance improvements
• Conduct marketing activities to promote branch and its products.
• Plan and execute activities to meet/exceed the branch laid down targets & manage the operational budget of the branch.

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualified to minimum graduate levels.
• Experience of 5 – 6 years in medium / large organisation with at least 1 – 2 years in a supervisor role.
