Job Description:
The Onsite Well-Being Coordinator will work closely with the Cigna Account Management Team and Customer’s Health and Wellness team in executing the organization’s health management goals. The primary focus of the Onsite Well-Being Coordinator is health promotion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Employer on Development of Wellness Committee
- Collaborate with the employer in formation and facilitation of a wellness committee if one has not already been established and include different levels of employer leadership and employees from the worksite
- Ongoing collaboration and facilitation of employer wellness committee
- Review the proposed health promotion strategy with the wellness committee, partnering with the Cigna lead for health and wellness as appropriate
- Collaborate in development and delivery of promotion campaign
- Newsletters, posters, email, raffles, reminders, etc.
- Overall promotion development and deployment
- Health Awareness Seminars
- End to end coordination of health awareness seminars
- Deliver single or multi-session workshops on a group basis (lunch and learn)
