Dubai Parks Careers – Entry Operations Attendant Motiongate Outsource Contract

Job Description:

The position is outsourced through third party Motiongate Dubai manpower supplier. You are responsible for daily operation of assigned position in Entrance Operations including but not limited to: Ticketing, Turnstiles, Group Sales, Annual pass Processing, Guest Services, and Rental Services. Follows all cash handling and operating procedures of assigned area and maintains a vigilant focus on positive guest service and strict revenue management. Gives great guest service while meeting capacity objectives of assigned position. Keeps entry operations supervisory staff informed of all location, guest, and employee issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conveys cheerful and positive guest experience attitude at all times
• Performs duties as per SOP for the given area of work
• Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management team.
• Daily operation of the entry operations position ensuring proper cash handling, exemplary guest service and positive employee relations Complete all position training and stays current on operational changes and signs off on any procedural change

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Cash Handling
• conversational in English
• Previous work experience with cash handling in the hospitality industry,
• Adapting to changing work environment whilst keeping a positive attitude
• Guest service; interacts in a positive manner and diffuses any negative guest situation following company protocols
• Follows all direction given by supervisory staff
• Adapt to a changing work environment
• Works well in a fast paced, hourly goal driven environment
• Positive attitude, genuine smile
• Background in hospitality industry
• 3 years previous experience in Service/ Entertainment/ Hospitality industry
• Hands on operational experience in a cash handling area.
• Diploma
• Deliver exemplary guest service
• Excellent Guest services skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Able to work unsupervisedTheme park cash handling experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Conversational in Arabic
• Diploma
• 2 years experience in a cash handling area at a theme park, amusement park, water park or themed attraction
• Experience working at a start-up business at opening
