Job Description:

A L&D Executive will help our employees advance their skills and knowledge. In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Learning & Development processes and standards are consistent across all entities and identify and implement best practice wherever identified
- Support the Learning and Development Manager in completing the annual learning and development needs analysis, developing the annual learning plan and conducting regular and annual evaluation
- Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning
- Organize training by preparing training logistics and collecting feedback
- Conducting training needs analyses (TNA’s) and audits of the line departments to identify business problems that can be addressed by specific learning solutions.
- Align and follow the learning and development process standards in the planning, administration, delivery and evaluation of Learning and Development activities
- Support the Learning and Development Manager in ensuring that the business unit are meeting all its learning and development targets and objectives
Job Requirements:

- Oracle knowledge
- Survey monkey software knowledge
Qualification & Experience:
- B.A Degree in Human Resource or a relevant field
- Certified Trainer from an accredited body
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in a similar role in a multinational reputable organization.
- Minimum 2 years in a learning and development role, or significant demonstrable experience in the design and delivery of learning
