Job Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret Welding procedure specifications as per NCPWB.
- Competent to use of Welding machines, setting electrical parameters & Welding tools.
- Ensure welding operations meet specifications and construction requirements.
- Good knowledge & experience in weld fit-up in pre-cleaning & Post cleaning and shall be process as per NCPWB.
- Carry out preventative maintenance and repair of piping systems and metal structures
Job Requirements:
- Able to carry out SMAW, GTAW welding as per NCPWB.
- Ability to perform Carbon steel, Aluminum & Stainless steel pipes with the minimum diameter ranges from ½” to Unlimited with different schedules (STD, XS & XXS).
- Qualified for 3G & 6G position with the below requirements and minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Ability to perform Carbon steel, Aluminum & Stainless steel metal welding in 3G position with the minimum material thickness limits from 1.5 mm to Higher thickness ranges / as per NCPWB.
