Job Description:
The HR Coordinator II is a key member of the TD Securities USA HR team, promoting team effectiveness and providing direct support to employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle. This requires working closely with other members of the HR team and involvement with numerous processes and programs, often working directly with employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a broad range of HR operational process support and/or general to specialized transactions,
- Gather and analyze data to identify and solve problems, escalating as appropriate.
- Provide process and policy guidance to others
- Manage Arrival/Termination/Transfer Notifications
- Organize and participate in New Hire Orientation
- Schedule conference rooms through Reception desk
- Order catering as needed for meetings
- Preparing agenda for various meetings
- Preparing materials (printing) and room set up (dial-in, videoconference) when applicable
Job Requirements:
- Be knowledgeable and/or aware of industry developments from a HR program and regulatory perspective for own area
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in common PC applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and personal information
- Strong ability to provide consistent support prioritizing tasks based on departmental priorities
- Strong knowledge of effective customer service techniques
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues strongly preferred
Qualification & Experience:
- High School diploma required; Undergraduate degree preferred
- 1+ years relevant experience required
