Job Description:

The purpose of the role is to support the organization in its technology Riskaudit operational risk data privacy and governance activities The role also contributes to the development implementation and maintenance of ENBDs standards framework and processes related to risk and regulatory compliance across the Group and the regions we operate
This unit is responsible for facilitating the analysis preparing the mitigation plans and tracking variances and periodically following through to reduce the backlog and reporting to relevant stakeholders across the Group This unit also ensures that best practices and bench marks are applied for maintaining better adherence to strive towards the objectives of a global technology leader

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting all new and existing data security and data privacy program activities across the Group
• Ensures critical data elements are identified analyzed and appropriate data protection mechanisms are applied in line with business and data privacy requirements

• Support the PrivacybyDesign standard and controls framework including defining the key components of the privacy by design process
• Implement the privacytechnology design patterns for new products and applicationsPublicFacing portfolios internal products mobile and middleware
• Work with the business including product and technology teams to design innovative privacy solutions as part of pragmatic advice and conducting Privacy Impact Assessments
• Support the PrivacybyDesign standard and controls framework including defining the key components of the privacy by design process
• Implement the privacytechnology design patterns for new products and applicationsPublicFacing portfolios internal products mobile and middleware
• Work with the business including product and technology teams to design innovative privacy solutions as part of pragmatic advice and conducting Privacy Impact Assessments

Job Requirements:

• Manage implement local international regulatory security standards
• Lead the implementation of regulatory standards across the organization via coordination with Security or Domain Project Managers Business
• Stakeholders IT Stakeholders Audit Risk
• Maintain the information security management system and suggest enhancementsimprovements
• Engage in discussions with Group entities and external parties in order to ensure all relevant regulatory requirements are met
• Ensuring that PbD is embedded across all systems and applications that impact data privacy
• Lead the effort to drive Data Privacy Impact Assessment for new and existing projectsinitiatives
• Maintaining a tracker for data privacy risks across the Group
• Supporting the creation and development of Data privacy frameworks policies and procedures
